Pay + Benefits:
- $20-21/hr full time as starting pay and additional increase based on performance, attitude towards customers and employees, drive, and work ethic over time.
Foreman's wages are $22-25/hr.
- Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, On/off the job accident insurance, and a 401k.
Job Description:
- Candidates should have knowledge of basic power tools (weed-whacker, mower, edger, hedge trimmer, etc.
)
- Candidates have to be able to lift 50-80 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Candidates have to be able to adapt to different situations that arise on the job.
- Candidates have to drive a truck occasionally and the ability to drive a trailer would be preferred but can be taught.
-Candidate must have a high-level of emotional intelligence and be able to communicate well with customers and their concerns/needs.
- Candidates must have a 'teamwork' attitude.
Requirements:
- Gardening skills required
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Has to be passionate in excelling at their job and in life
- Driver's license
- Clean Record
