Ideal Air 100 Pint Commercial Dehumidifier - $100 (Fortuna)

Powerful commercial duty 100 pint Ideal Air dehumidifier.
I stored this unit for a couple of years & now it doesn't seem to work now.
Could be an easy fix for someone more handy than myself, or worth having a shop (Evans Mechanical?) fix, as this unit retails for just under $800.
$100 or will consider trade for mechanic's or power tools.
