Docile Doberman mix needs help!!!! (Eureka)

I was left with a large breed dog 3+ years ago when my roommate moved to Sacramento.
I've been doing everything in my power to keep to her happy since then but I can NOT afford her anymore:/ the original owner is refusing to help.
Her name is Vega(: -she is very playful and friendly, active with cats so if your cats don't like dogs it probably won't work - she has anxiety from not being able to be taken out enough which makes her itch herself more than she should -born with hip dysplasia, should go to a home long-term with no stairs.
Dog ibuprofen as needed when noticable pain -vet appt in July to get up to date on everything and check for allergies from itching -i am willing to provide a modest monthly fee just to get her into a home where she is better taken care of VEGA DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER!!
