Spayed border collie/husky looking for bigger backyard

It’s with a heavy heart I’m writing this post.
We adopted our dog last year with the idea that we would be moving to a place with a bigger backyard area.
We won’t be moving anymore and the outside space we have is less than ideal for our husky/border collie pup.
She’s half husky, half border collie.
We had her fixed and she’s up to date on shots and heartworm medicine.
We aren’t in a rush to find her a home, we just would like to find her a perfect home.
She’s a dog’s dog and loves to sniff all the sniffs.
She wouldn’t be great around small animals.
We have little kids and she’s fine around them but likes to play rough sometimes and ideally would be better suited for older kids.
She’s crate trained and knows basic commands (sit, lay down, shake, stay, hug).
She uses a button that says “outside” to let us know when she wants to go out.
We’ve been working on leash training but isn’t great yet.
She just turned 1 year this past January and is between 35-40lbs (medium size).
She loves to snuggle! Small rehoming fee.
She really is the best dog so we just want to make sure she goes to a good home who will love her as much as we do (but with a bigger area for her to run!).
