Found- stray black and brown tabby cat (Arcata)

Found- stray black and brown tabby cat.
Friendly but but very cautious.
Doesn’t appear too old, but is underfed and a bit frail.
It has been hanging around the dorms at Cal Poly Humboldt on Granite ave in Arcata.
