House, pet and plant sitting while you are on vacation/ sabbatical etc (Arcata Trinidad Bayside Sunny Brae Cutten etc)

Hello, I am a homeowner in SoCal with family and friends in the Arcata and Eureka area with excellent references.
I'm retired in my early 50's.
Very clean and well organized.
I don't drink, don't smoke and live a very healthy lifestyle.
I have a small sixteen pound dog who would be with me as well while I house sit during your time away/ vacation etc.
and he is friendly with all animals from birds to horses.
I can house, pet and plant sit and take care of your garden and mow your lawn etc, water, vacuum and dust inside etc while you are gone, get your mail and stock the fridge with your favorite foods before you return etc.
In my spare time I read, hike and photograph.
A longer period of time is ideal for me and I have lots of flexibility between May and October.
Anything from 1 week to 5 month could work.
An initial phone or video call to establish if we are a good fit before exchanging further details.
Potential to turn into an ongoing yearly housesitting if we are mutually happy with the circumstances of your accommodations and my house, pet and plant care while you are away.
There is no charge associated with this since I will stay at your place while you are gone.
