As a *Crew Member* , you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long-term recovery.
You will partner with the leadership team of your facility to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
*Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
Responsibilities: * Serving as a role model of honesty, respect, and dignity by always carrying your flag-bearing colors.
* Working as a team to perform all tasks in a professional manner.
* Cooperating, sharing, and cooperating with all aspects of daily operations.
* Working an extra hour or two days per month for those times of need.
