As a *Crew Member*, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

*Responsibilities:*
* Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by their name and explain how to get in contact with them.
* Prepare and follow an accurate intake process that includes all elements necessary to provide an accurate intake report including demographics, background, links to referrals, and documentation of referral sources.
* Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and charts (medical and otherwise) by logging information, filling in inaccuracies, tracking patient status and disposition, and communicating with dispensaries, nurses, staff, and supervisors.
* Manage daily workflow by following policies and procedures for ordering, stocking and dispatching of equipment.
including maintaining documentation of orders / shortages and food / medication orders / shortages.
* Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding employee rights (including but not limited to wages and benefits) as well as society’s rules and regulations.
*Provides direct patient care by answering questions and providing assistance to patients in need to complete tasks as well as assist patients with medication administration.
