Building Maintenance & Operations Manager (Eureka)

We are recruiting for a full-time Building Maintenance & Operations Manager.
Our Building Maintenance & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of facility activities and operations, including maintenance, custodial, grounds and building operating systems.
Coordinates departmental activities with other departments and outside agencies.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate Degree or Trade School Certificate preferred.
Four (4) years increasing responsibility in experience in facilities maintenance and operations as well as custodial work/grounds keeping required.
Two (2) year supervisor experience required.
Experience within health care and/or commercial food service settings preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
OSHA 30-hour General Industry Training Certification within six (6) months of hire.
Valid California Driver’s License, and personal auto liability insurance required.
Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition, insured for State minimum liability requirements, and that can be used for the applicable job functions noted above.
This is a Monday-Friday position, 7:30am-4pm.
This position provides on-call support to assist with emergency situations that may arise on weekends, nights and holidays.
