Hey friends, I am looking for somone who wants to take over the store front space I am currently renting for my spa.
The store front is located in the Sunnybrae shopping center in Arcata about four doors down from Ace Hardware! I’ve decided to go back to school for a little while, and acquire some more tools that I can put into my skin care product line.
There are 2 years left on the lease.
I am packing all my things up and am looking for someone to take over Feb1st or even sooner if they are eager to get going! The space is gorgeous- Two rooms separated by a wall and a door in between the rooms.
Each room has access to a parking lot in front and back of the building.
There is one bathroom that is attached to the back room! I was grandfathered in to the space so I got a really good deal on the rent which the person who would be taking over would be also getting that same deal because it’s on the same lease .
I put in easily $3000.
00 into the beautification process of the space and it is ready for someone else to set up their business in ( I will be talking all my things) and get going!!! Rent is $850 Security deposit $800 *must fill out the application through the property management company, which I will help get you in touch with and be approved !!! 250 square feet.
