Haunted antique radio Stomberg Carlson model 500s - $200

This is a 1940 stromberg carlson radio- model 500s.
I believe it has had the electronics gone over and fixed up, I haven't turned it on for a long time though.
I have a collection of roughly 20 antique tube radios but never encountered anything like this one.
We put up a new shelf outside our bedroom and put it on that shelf- since then our dog won't stop staring at it at night- he's completely fixated on it.
So we moved it downstairs, then a holiday guest swore he heard big band music playing faintly in the middle of the night.
Anyways it's time for it to go to a new home and I want to be open about our reasons why.
I'm wanting 200 for this because it's in great shape and a fairly rare model with ornate design.
