org/community/careers/ Under general supervision, generate, analyze, and interpret accounting and financial reports from several databases.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis and regulatory call report reporting.
Assist with the general accounting, purchasing, payroll, account reconciliation, and balancing of data from core processing systems and other subsidiary systems of the credit union.
Perform detailed accounting duties requiring knowledge of accounting theory and principles.
Cross-train within department to provide operational backup.
Provides general analysis support to other business units.
Maintains confidentiality of employee and member information.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles including or supplemented by college-level courses in accounting, bookkeeping, or related courses equivalent to five or more years’ experience.
EDUCATION: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or closely related Business Administration field.
A combination of exceptional credit union and/or other accounting related experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree.
